Arthritis
A common problem with some simple solutions.

From the disease model persective many different stresses can lead to inflammation. Infection, injury, food allergies/sensitivities, and nutritional deficiencies are the most common. Essential fatty acid balance is critical to keep inflammation in check and most individuals are lacking in the omega-3 fatty acid department.

Rhematoid arthritis is an autoimmune disorder that often is triggered by stress and poor adrenal function. Helping to regulate autoimmunity and strengthening of the adrenal glands is critical for long term success.
