Colon Cleansing
Everyone should consider cleansing the bowels 2-4 times per year.

From the disease model perspective, the colon can be a significant source of toxins for the rest of the body especially when dysbiosis is present and the resulting leaky gut syndrome.
Since the liver is also affected by poor colon function it is often important to support the liver while doing a colon cleanse.
Signs and Symptoms:

- Constipation or smelly loose stools
- Gas/ Bloating

Lifestyle:
- incorporating saunas twice a week can be a great way to assist the body in any cleansing program.
