Tropical Fruit salad
This fruit salad can be made with any tropical fruit that is available. It is colorful,light and healthy. You can always add a scoop of your favorite ice cream or sorbet for a richer taste.

- 1 Large mango, sliced lengthwise & thinly
- 1 Large papaya, cubbed
- 2 starfruit, sliced crosswise
- 1/2 Cup of pomegranate seeds
1. Arrange the fruit onthe platter and sprinkle with pomegranate seed.
2. Refrigerate for an hour before serving.
