Great after your workout! Guaranteed to quench your thirst. This drink provides you with Vitamin C, potassium, magnesium and zinc.
- 1 Large grapefruit
- 1 Large cucumber
- 1 lemon
- Bottle of sparkling water
- Mint leaves for garnish
- optional- stevia powder for sweetness.
1. Juice the grapefruit and lemon. Pour over ice in a jug.
2. Grate cucumber finely -add over the juice
3. Top it off with sparkling water. Garnish with mint.
