Mango Shake
This drink is packed with tasty nutrients and makes a perfect breakfast!
- 5 oz yogurt
- 1/2 peeled mango
- 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup or clear honey
- a dash of vanilla
1. Blend the yogurt and mango.
2. Add the vanilla and maple syrup (or honey).
You may add water to correct the consistency of the drink.
