Refreshing Mint Tea
Mint is an excellent natural digestive herb as well refreshing.
Serve this tea hot or ice cold as desired.

- 1 Bunch of fresh mint leaves, coarsley chopped along with the stems
- 2 Cups of water
- Optional: Honey as sweetner or fresh lemon juice for a tangy taste
1. Combine mint leaves & water in a saucepan & heat for 5 minutes & remove. Let steep for another 5 minutes.
2. Starin the mixture into a teapot. Add honey or lemon juice as desired.
