Napa Cabbage Salad
This is a refreshing salad that can accompany any main meat dish.
Serves 4.
  • 1/2 small Napa cabbage, thinly sliced crosswise
  • 1 English cucumber, sliced in thinly in half circles
  • 1/4 raw sesame seeds
  • 2 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1/2 tablespoon sugar
   Coarse pepper to taste

1. In a medium bowl combine sliced cabbage & cucumber.
2. Prepare dressing by mixing rice vinegar & sugar. Add coarse pepper.
3. Combine salad & dressing. Refrigerate. Sprinkle witj sesame seeds before serving
