Zesty Tabbouleh
Here is a classic favorite of ours!
  • 1 cup uncooked bulgar wheat
  • 2 cups hot water
  • 3/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 bunch scallions, trimmed & chopped
  • 2 cups fresh parsley
  • 2 medium cucumbers, peeled, seeded & chopped
  • 2 large tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • sea salt and pepper to taste

1.Place bulgar wheat in a bowl and cover with water.
