Zesty Tabbouleh
Here is a classic favorite of ours!
- 1 cup uncooked bulgar wheat
- 2 cups hot water
- 3/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 bunch scallions, trimmed & chopped
- 2 cups fresh parsley
- 2 medium cucumbers, peeled, seeded & chopped
- 2 large tomatoes, chopped
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- sea salt and pepper to taste
1.Place bulgar wheat in a bowl and cover with water.
